Projects address a wide range of problems and opportunities. We view these as change initiatives, designed to:

1. Create a new product, service or system, or

2. Change or enhance an operating environment, or

3. Bring disparate environments or processing areas together into an     integrated whole

These initiatives all have (or should have) discrete start and end dates; they consume finite resources (people and money); and they alter the status quo in a measurable way.
