We start with an assessment of the current project portfolio.

Project portfolio management organizes a series of project portfolios into a single grouping with the objective of providing measurements and status. Project portfolio management helps direct projects in accordance with business priorities and strategies, much as an investor would manage a financial portfolio.

Our process:
    1. Interview current PMs, team members, business sponsors to understand project workload, priorities, risk escalation and workflow processes
    2. Prepare report of findings
    3. Create uniform and consistent reporting and other communications mechanisms
    4. Begin prioritization process
    5. Establish an information flow that supports project status and general communication

The goal is to provide the CEO, CFO, CIO and members of the senior management team with an accurate and realistic view of the current condition of projects across the organization.
